Caulking around the toilet? YES or NO ? let's talk about caulking. when people hear about " Clean job " they look at the details! but sometimes these small details may cost you lots of money to maintain your house! Why? there is an easy answer to that question! Caulking around your toilet may look clean and nice BUT one of the common issues with toilets is leakage from underneath and if you put the silicone around your toilet you would never notice the leakage! then it will constantly damage the plywood on your floor and over time it will make your floor weaker until your toilet starts moving and then you will realize it! so say NO to Cualking ! at many jobs people request to put silicone around their toilet 99% of the time when I explain the issue they do not want to do that anymore. have a great day!
